It is located in the village of Govedartsi, on the main road to the Malyovitsa resort, in the pre-park zone of the Rila National Park of the PAN Parks network.
The village of Govedartsi is located in the beautiful "Valley of Sparks", at an altitude of 1,150 meters, 70 kilometers south of the capital of Bulgaria - Sofia, between Malyovitsa (15 km.) and Borovets (23 km.).

The hotel is open year-round and offers Double and Family Rooms and Apartments (all with private bathrooms), an outdoor heated swimming pool, a jacuzzi, a sauna, a tavern-restaurant with a summer garden and a Cattle Oven, built in traditional Bulgarian style.
